​​If you want to grasp who Alex is as a professional but more importantly a person, read this….it’ll be worth it.

I’m a DIY fall 2022 bride that has a million and ten tasks to do to prepare for the big day. I went to FIVE different locations in the hopes that I could print names and addresses on (already very late) envelopes that needed to be sent out to my guests. Defeated, I walked into the local UPS store as a last-ditch effort, hoping they could help me out and save me hours of writing during my already jam-packed days. I spoke with the clerk who told me UPS did not offer those kinds of printing services. Even more defeated, I asked (or begged) if he had any suggestions, he didn’t. That’s when a different clerk, Alex, overheard our conversation and chimed in. He immediately started brainstorming and working with me. He took my laptop and did some tech savvy clicking and typing trying to figure out a way to help me out. It was nearing the end of the business hours and Alex offered to help me out on his own PERSONAL time. To keep things short, after Alex clocked out at the UPS store, we went to 2 different printing locations together and spent what felt like hours trying to print those envelopes. After hours of mechanical issues, taking apart printers, adjusting settings, and crossing our fingers with no luck… Alex offered to take all 140 envelopes home with him to print on his OWN printer. I wanted to say no but I was completely out of options and desperate. Alex gathered up my envelopes, went home and took the time to print out every single one of them. Not only that, but when I met him back at the UPS store the next day to pick them up, he stuck stamps on EVERY SINGLE envelope!!

Alex, a complete stranger, took hours out of his day after just finishing a long day at work to help me. He did so without expecting anything in return. He helped a desperate stranger simply out of kindness. In such a mean world and with the chaos of wedding planning being what it’s been for me… it was so refreshing to see care and compassion in the world through a stranger’s acts of kindness. I’m so thankful our paths crossed that day.

​Alex did a fantastic job on our custom t-shirts!  He made the design process, edits, review and final approval incredibly fast and easy.  My family was so excited to see the ultimate design and are all now proudly wearing them around town.  We look forward to ordering more in the future from him!  Highly recommend!!
